In fact they shouldn't direct them to reconsider the applicants who failed to get their scholarships. Instead they should work together to ensure transparency in choosing the right student.<BR/><BR/>When the minister involved and giving special instruction to solve certain issues, this is going to create problems. Look at the Terence Gomez case.
