Not all the universities listed there are liberal arts colleges. Only Swarthmore, Smith and Bates are LACs. The rest are top universities in the States but definitely not widely known as a LAC. Yale, Princeton, Harvard & Dartmouth are known more as the Ivies though their undergraduate education leans towards the liberal arts.
Tony, I applaud your effort in organizing talks and seminars through DECC and though I have yet to attend even one, I believe the content of the discussion will be very beneficial to aspiring applicants to top universities in the world.
However, one problem I always see with the talks and seminars is that they are often set up too soon. For example, you wrote about this seminar in Education in Malaysia on 20th June 2007 and hold the seminar 3 days after that. This allows very little time for words to spread. Thus, I'd suggest that you publicize the seminar earlier next time, perhaps around a week and then remind them through your other posts of the seminar. That would work better than suddenly informing readers that you're holding a talk. Plus, don't forget that many high school and college students don't frequent Education in Malaysia.
